Mission Statement
King Lab is a K-8 magnet school honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.. Our school’s curricular program boasts strong underlying fine arts and technology themes. The K-8 experience is an added benefit, promoting community.
Our mission is to improve student achievement and character. Our vision is based on the Dr. King's quote, “Intelligence plus character. This is the true goal of education.” We promote a healthy and positive climate for learning that reflects the belief that all students will be successful.
